"This properties not as the same like what it show on pictures. The room are only fit one full bed next to open bathtub absolutely whiles sleep next to bedtub, very noise next to street. Tiny litter toilet next with door. But views was amazing. "

"We book the Helios house, it was actually quite cozy inside and a very interesting interior layout design, Maria the person we were in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to requests and made a lot of things easy during our stay. Also a shoutout to one of the staff John for carrying our luggage in the literal pitch darkness."

"The first Villa we were assigned had issues. One of the showers didnt have a light working and the bathtub was in the master bedroom. The second one we moved to was the actual one from the photos and was beautiful. The villas are more like cave homes. Going in the winter there were only 2 restaurants open within walking distance while we were there. Beautiful view and Villa employees were kind and tried to help. There was minimal hot water that trickled in the showers "

"We loved the experience of staying in a cave house. The unobstructed view of the islands / caldera was phenomenal. "

"it's a room, what they offer for parking, restaurant, laundry...none of that exists. The good thing about the place is the view. Worst of all, I paid for my stay and was then double charged over $400 with no explanation or refund."

Dream vacation!

"Dream come true. Beautiful location right by the bus stand. Very central and has an excellent caldera view. Five minutes walk to the blue domes. Around 10 minutes walk to the old castle. Can actually view the sunset from below rather than going all the way to the castle. Excellent staff. Breakfast is limited but of very good quality. We went in the winter when everything was pretty much closed. Hungry donkey and Lotza are the only food restaurants open, both are very decent quality. There is also a bakery, which is open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Finally, there is a general store behind the bus stand, which is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Room service is excellent and done without you even noticing. Hot tub has an excellent view of the Caldera and the sea. Overall, we are very glad which was this hotel."

"The villa is perfectly positioned in an amazing location to view the sunsets and the sunrises from the patio chairs without the crowds. Even the views from the windows of the landscape and the sea are breath taking. The “cave” we stayed in was very spacious and well appointed. We relaxed with some Netflix before sleep. Easily accommodates 4 persons but we were 2. A fantastic kitchen with everything needed to cook but we are out at the recommended restaurants which were delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It is best to use their advice, transfers to and from the airport, and their tours for the best pricing and the safest rides. Elvis and Yannis were lifesavers and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. They work very hard and expertly to give you the best experience. "

A true dream vacation

"We had a wonderful time, a true dream vacation staying here (Honeymoon for me). Staff are very friendly and kind they treated us like family. The service was superb I highly recommend this place. There is an amazing restaurant in the hotel and other restaurants are only a few minutes walk. Actually everything is a few minutes away, shops, restaurants, historic buildings and great views. The hotel was the perfect place to get to see the breathtaking sunset and it has a panoramic view of the sea. We were in the sunset honeymoon suite and we had a very private patio and a 2nd floor with tanning/beach chairs which is semi-private, people can see you in certain angles ( you are top of the roof). The hotel is more private than other hotels that we saw which is one of the main reasons we love it here. I will come here again! "
