"These were clean and comfortable accommodations. It was fairly easy to find but in an area of Naples that wasn't our favorite. A bit off the beaten path and slightly dirty around the neighborhood. Was close enough to food and shopping to walk. Natasha was very nice but communication was difficult at times as there was a language barrier present. Overall a nice, clean space on the inside."

"This hotel had all the comfort needed (except for a microwave!). We had 4 days in Naples, didn't go out everyday since we were resting. Room was roomy. We had use of the kitchenette outside with a fridge, kettle, sink, ... so that was very helpful as we ended up eating a few meals in our room. Everything was clean and in good condition. "We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon."

"We had a family of eight and booked two rooms. The hotel is very conveniently situated near the train station. Indeed, the elevator only goes to the fifth floor and you have to hand carry luggage to the sixth floor, but we knew that already from the reviews. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. "Location is very convenient and is close to both the train station, and the older parts of the city. Breakfast spot was nearby and had good food and service. Stefano was very communicative and friendly. However, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes that took days to dissipate, and we couldn't air it our by opening the windows when we got back because of the noise and the mosquitos. The shower was very tiny and the mattresses were very wobbly and a little uncomfortable. "
