"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."

"I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. "Very Good Room, complete, but i suffer a little bit with WIFI network, they provide a network name to me that was not available , and i call staffs to solve it two times but they didn´t solve it. All other points was really good. i recommend it."

Extraordinary value

"This hotel is a very practical and excellent choice for those who are interested in staying in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, it may be somewhat farther from tourist attractions, but it is such a good value that I would still recommend it. All the rooms are suites, which means ample space, a kitchenette, mine even came wit a washer dryer combo, so it’s an excellent choice for short and long stays. The property is 100 meters away from the awesome Santa Fe shopping centre, which boasts fantastic shopping options for all budgets and ages, 40 (!) restaurants without counting dozens of fast food outlets, amazing movie theatres and bowling courts and is 150 meters away from the new train transportation to Toluca city. The decor is minimalistic, so it’s not luxurious, but comfortable and practical and I always enjoyed good service with a smile from all its staff, I was even given an upgrade when checking in, so I will always stay on this hotel when travelling to Mexico City."

"I love the lap pool on the roof top, it allows me to exercise effectively. I also like the running track nearby at El Batan park, it is half a mile per lap. The room is modern, convenient, the shower is excellent. We asked for an extra desk chair for my husband at the long desk; very convenient. We also asked for a desk lamp, it was very helpful. It only surprised me that after forgetting a pair of shoes at the pool, the staff took the shoes "to the front desk," but it took the staff about half an hour to bring them downstairs, and meanwhile I could not reach the shoes anywhere myself. The room is quiet even though it is in a noisy city. The hotel is in the same campus as nice cafes, a pharmacy and an OfficeMax."
