"Beautiful hotel and grounds and very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The only problem with this hotel is that the restaurant never opened during our stay. Though bar staff is terrific and try to accomodate the guests with their limited meals. A long walk to the beach and the center of town. "

"A very nice hotel. Close to the sea and beach on a lovely coastline. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was from 8pm so we were hungry when the restaurant eventually opened at 8.30pm but it was well worth the wait. We are vegetarians and the buffet had such a good selection, we were able to have a feast."

"Beautifully restored Manor House that feels more like a museum than a hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Every nook and cranny of the hotel is packed with antiques and interesting artefacts. Very interesting but somehow rather unnerving too! The only negative of our stay was dinner in the restaurant which was hideously overpriced - it was €100 for two very small main courses which consisted only of a fish fillet in a fresh sauce, no...

"This is a beautiful property in a 15th century mansion in a lovely little town. It was great to have private secure parking and the staff was so helpful. The bar was a great little spot and breakfast was delicious. There is no restaurant however and only selected options at the bar. We were there in mid-November and restaurant options in town were limited. Overall highly recommended and reasonably priced."
