LLegamos y no estaba la reserva, el checkin decia en la pagína de Hotels.com que era a las 12, nos dijeron que era a las 13:30 Nos dieron tarde la habitación, al día siguiente no la limpiaron, nos dijeron que comienzan a limpiarla a las 15 hs, nunca la limpiaron, reclamamos en la recepción para que la limpien y traigan toallas, trajeron toallas y nunca la limpiaron, tampoco dejaron shampù ni jabones, hubo que reclamarlo de nuevo, pareciera que nos estaban haciendo un favor, Lo único bueno el servicio de cena, el desayuno y la gente del comedor, desde la persona de la entrada al comedor como así también todos los mozos

trabajadores/exteriores excelentes.. habitacion no

ha sido una experiencia divertidisima, gracias al personal del hotel, sobretodo nuestro camarero johnny q no tiene rival. el personal estuoendo, amables, cercanos, empaticos.. el exterior divino con las piscinas los pubs la disco.. pr las habitaciones estan bastante dejadas, luces q no funcionan, la tv no coge los canales de mediadet ni atresmedia, la nevera encendida no funcionava, el telefono, desconchones, alguna mano de pintura q falta.. un sin fin.. menos ampliar el hotel y mas restaurar las habitaciones existentes.
