"We enjoyed our two night stay at the property. The room was clean, it was convenient for us as we went to universal and then a concert that evening. Dining was average but REALLY expensive for a club sandwich and a bread pudding. Yikes. I was given a wheelchair accessible room on the ground level and hadn’t requested that type of room. I would have loved a view instead of the back of a road covered with trees and no view. Everything was fine, just not anything to write home about "

"Good parking lot and nice rooms. The frosted bathroom door facing the bedroom was an interesting choice though. Lol. The rooms are spacious and clean. And theres a fridge. No microwave though. "

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for our trip while visiting Universal Studios. We had an exceptional time at this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, had excellent attitudes, and provided amazing service. The hotel was in a great area in close proximity to the park for uber to be very affordable, the staff recommended us a great restaurant right next to the hotel where we got a discount for staying at the hotel. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is here! At all hours of the day they are friendly and helpful."
