"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"

"Love this hotel , staff are amazing and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble , this is my second visit to this hotel and both times we have extended our visit , the historic centre is only a 5-10 minute walk and only 5 minutes from the marina , slow walking pace as I'm old lol"
