"The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too. "

"The only positive was the location which was ok. 15 minute walk to ponte vecchio. The description was false. It was advertised as having a pool - there was not one it was next door in a luxury spa, it said we had a kitchen this was shared with another couple, not explained on check in, it said you had a washer dryer - this was outside in the garden and the dryer was dangerous to use. "We spent two nights at this hotel - and found it to be very centrally located but along a very loud street. The reception of the hotel is in the perpendicular street and we had to ask around to find it. We booked a room with kitchen but got one without it (on the first floor). On asking about the kitchen, they gave us (the next day) a room (on the 4th fllor) with kitchen. The room on the first floor was extremely loud owing to the restaurants & pubs below - and the windows could not be closed...

"Had a great time at this apartment. Don’t understand the negative reviews, it’s exactly as advertised.
