"Appartamento molto molto bello (si vedeva anche il mare) con tutti i confort, pulitissimo e spaziosissimo. Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. Valentina e Daniele sono stati davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche con il nostro cagnolino. Insomma se dovessimo tornare sicuramente prenoterei...

"The property is beautiful and very unique. However, if you have a baby it would not be the best location as there are stairs. The restaurant has been restored. The restaurant was the horse barn but you cannot tell as the work and decor are beautiful. The food and service were fantastic, Antonela and Lucca were amazing at making sure our food was to our liking."

"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. "I have no idea why this hotel rates itself is four stars. I wonder if an organization has checked if it's actually four stars. We came at late evening and there was no hot water to shower. "It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
