"TV in bedroom did not work! Didn’t find out till late at night and at that point I’m not going to call maintenance. Huge inconvenience. What happened to the complimentary body lotion? Everything else was great. "

"Had an issue with room 236, mold smell which affected my asthma. They immediately changed us to a different room, which was in better shape. Had some maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. Very friendly staff, big rooms. The hotel needs some upgrades which we would hope to see when we stay there again in several months. Very convenient location. "
