The property was well kept and beautifully decorated. The "valet only" parking on property seemed unnecessary as the property's buildings are spread out with parking near each building, making it difficult to come and go in vehicles. The morning of our checkout date, our building's hot water heater was replaced without notification to those of us staying in the building. Due to this, there was no water pressure and no hot water. Cold showers for all before departure.

We called the front desk 2 times on the night we arrived about the refrigerator that wasn’t working. We had leftovers from dinner. Both times we were told someone would be coming. No one ever showed up and our leftovers spoiled. Not a good way to start. The valets did and excellent job!

While the location is prime, the hotel itself falls short. The coffee machine was broken, and the promised daily complimentary water only appeared on the first day. Hidden fees and an exorbitant $48/day parking charge added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, not worth the stay.

Walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything from guests nearby (e.g., loud children). AC didn't work and needed to be fixed, wifi was incredibly slow, TV didn't work and needed to be fixed, coffee was empty and not refreshed downstairs, etc.
