"Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you."

"The hotel is nice and in a great location for walking. The bar across the street has late hours and disturbing to the front street rooms- aim for rooms in the back. The happy hour and breakfast were good. Staff were super helpful with our lost luggage and getting taxis."

"Ibis hotel felt safe and secure and we had a very comfortable night. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. Reception called a taxi for us to leave for the airport in the morning, making it a quick and easy departure. 5/5 stars!"
