"Hotel rooms are old and dated, they do not look like the images on the website. The spa is an extra €15 for 1 hour which only has a small pool, sauna and steam. The lobby and bar is nice but the pool area is tiny and ran out of loungers. Across the road is a park area full of teenagers so I woke up most nights to loud noise and shouting. Staff however were friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for them as they seemed to be doing the best they could do. "

"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. "This is the best hotel I've stayed in, I stayed in a small room and it was positively luxurious! I spent my time walking to and from the beach, and I could not have had an easier walk. Good hiking nearby too. Fantastic staff, absolutely sparkling room, and even though I had the most inexpensive room, it still had a balcony with seating??? Could not have had a better stay."

"very close to beach (4 min walk), nice and quiet neighborhood with many 1-2 storey apartment houses and villas, still in 10 min. walking distance to main street restaurants, the hotel has a very nice restaurant with good food. "Amazing hotel! Located very far from central places in the heart of the mountains with a great view. A large and varied spa, one of the best I've met. Excellent outdoor swimming pool. A spacious suite with a double jacuzzi. The car park is adjacent to the suite. Excellent breakfast and dinner was also good. The place looks much better than what you see in the pictures on the website. It is highly recommended!"

"We had four nights here and were treated exceptionally well from start to finish. The hotel is a bit older with some minor hiccups and smaller rooms, but the location and hospitality of the staff far exceeded our expectations. If we could give more stars than 5 for the staff, we would. Everyone - from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were very kind and welcoming. Fantastic location, mere metres from the beach.
