"I’ll start with the best part about this apartment…the customer service is fantastic! The apartment is owned by the hotel so it truly has the nicest people. They truly want to help and make your stay feel special. I would have given it a 5 star if the beds were not so hard and if the dryer worked. It truly feels like a boxspring with a thin layer on top. "Nice hotel, spacious rooms and clean. The only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower seemed low. The staff are efficient and get the job done and are friendly enough. The included buffet is pretty good, and a nice way to start your day. The staff in the buffet restaurant are amazing and will start your day with a smile. The location is great, 15 minute walk to Sagrata Familia. Close to a number of metro stations, supermarkets, pharmacies...we ended up walking everywhere, as the city is so beautiful and the November weather was unseasonably warm. Pretty sure you will not regret staying here...would stay again."
