This place is awesome, don't believe everything you read. I stayed there a week and had an amazing experience. Yes you may have to take a cab to get around because its not in town and that costs about $13 per trip but its still worth it to stay there. The hotel it self is a destination. Room was outstanding. I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooftop wasn't open yet but everything else was accessible and immaculate. Recommend 100%

It was amazing but their service wasnt the best. We went to the hotel because we saw on tiktok that they’re famous for their pink sunbeds and everyday for two weeks we try to sit at those they dont allow us even though theyvare available and empty. Also, when they clean they take the bathrobes and never bring them back. Ear cottons and bathroom ameneties they dont bring them after the first time unless we keep calling them to do so.

This is a brand new luxury property. They are still working out a few things now that operations are in full swing, but nothing that took away from my experience. The location is a little out of the way in an area that is being reinvigorated by new/re-developments. But what motivated me to write a review and what really sets this property aside is the friendliness of the staff. Every single employee has a real service orientation and displayed genuine interest in making our stay special but without being pushy or over the top. Based on the staff alone I would consider SLS again for my next visit to BCN.

AC not working in room. Elevator not working ever. Front door to hotel also jammed. This hotel is still not up and running properly, area is right next to an industrial area which is not ideal. I regret this hotel and wish we booked more central Barcelona. It’s way more beautiful there. Don’t be scammed by SLS brand and service because they don’t have it retained here.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately takes 15mins in a taxi to town centre 20 euros each way. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss and staff would forget to bring ordered drinks and food. A new hotel so I’m sure they will get better. Distance to centre is inconvenient and being right next to a power station was off putting. Although on a map it shows next to the coast there is no beach,only a small marina.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel—everything from the luxurious amenities to the stunning, modern design exceeded my expectations. The room and interior spaces were absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. All of the staff were attentive, professional, and treated me with genuine warmth and respect. Room service staff, in particular, were excellent, and the food was top-notch across the board. While the breakfast service was a bit hit or miss at times, the quality of the food itself was consistently excellent. A few suggestions for improvement: consider upgrading the in-room phones to allow direct room service calls, expanding the room service menu, and offering access to additional streaming platforms beyond YouTube. Also, better outreach or advertising with local taxi services could help make it more known that the hotel is open and operating. Overall, a fantastic experience—I look forward to staying again!

half of the amenities weren’t open when we went . i had book the rooms through expedia and they were prepaid and they still charge my card without telling me . i find out when i looked at my card statement. i reached out to expedia for this matter. when expedia called them why i was charged the reason they gave was they couldn’t find my booking but when i was checking in not once they told me that they couldn’t find my expedia booking . as such a big hotel. when i checked they just said they needed a card for accidental charges.

Excellent breakfast and Fresc restaurant where I had excellent service and high quality dinner. Two negative experiences my first night was sleepless because of a very traffic noisy room (facing busy fast motorways) but I received apology and a really quiet room when I complained. Also I was asked to pay €100 a night as deposit so if your stay was for few nights you have to pay upfront a lot of euros in addition to your charge for the whole stay before you even see your room !. Overall the experience (except my first night) was otherwise excellent. Would be interesting to see if this hotel would stand its ground in the competition with similar 5* contenders. Wish it very good luck.

This is a brand new property so not very well known but it’s beautiful, clean and the employees are fantastic! It is a little away from where everything is at but if you want to be close to the beaches this is a good place.
