"Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters "

"Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. The breakfast is good too. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond). The shower place is too small and the curtain is sticking to the body and water is leaking around. "

"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. "The adults only roof top pool/bar/sun deck stole the show. It was so quiet and relaxin up there and never busy. The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. "This is a trendy hotel close to the beach (about a 10-min walk) and the main drag. This town was mainly for young partiers, but there were families at the beach too. We checked in on the kiosk and had to drive a few blocks away for parking (€30/day). Additional requests like a second key and a second towel were made extremely difficult (I was refused a 2nd towel for my hair). "Fantastic location steps away from Fenals Beach and a short walk to Lloret de Mar centre. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The suite/apartment is very big and furnished in grand style. Easy to see that it was a luxury 5 star hotel back in the day. The lobby area leads to spacious bedroom with lovely big double beds, huge tv, and generous balcony with furniture (ours overlooked the street/another hotel but it was fine and very private), bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and patio doors also leading to the balcony which can be opened, separate WC. There is also a walk in closet which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom also leads to a separate office/bar/kitchenette area. As it is so near the beach we only used the hotel pool once. It was clean and nice to swim in. The downsides were the numerous broken plug sockets in the room, some of which did not look safe. I think this would be a hazard if staying with young children. The balcony furniture is in desperate need of replacing, or at least re-covering the cushions. The carpet was ok but would be more hygienic if tiled. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind not everything being perfect, especially because of its location. It will be amazing with a bit of investment to restore it to its former glory. "

"The cleaning staff was amazing and the breakfast staff was lovely didnt quite like the gentleman at the bar who saw me with my luggage after checking out as i was waiting for my kids he ushered me off the chairs even though i stayed at the hotel moments before hand and even when expalining he was still ushering me away like flies . Apart from that lovely welcome and stay "
