"I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning. "A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I walked down to the beach, easily took the bus to the night market, and was welcomed by the staff each time I walked in. There isn’t transportation from the hotel to the airport (there is vice versa) and the front staff helped me call a taxi. If I return to Jeju I’ll return to Hotel Leo! "

"We had a great stay- 2 adults and 5 kids. The property is lovely and the cabin was comfortable and nice. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but was very helpful. The area isn’t too far off the path, and was a good base for exploring Jeju. We had a car, so not sure how easy to get there by public transport. Kids loved the pond and animal statues and the crickets at night are magical (but not disruptive to sleep). Would stay again! "

"While a bit older and not the most desirable option for some, it was a comfortable place to stay for the price! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and it was quiet throughout the night! Would stay again for a quick trip to Jeju."
