"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are the best. Always polite and friendly. Very helpful with any question you might have. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast is great and pool is relaxing and tranquil. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap."
