"A HIDDEN GEM! I was pleasantly surprised to find this area of Ubud. I have stayed at a few places, so this is by far my favourite. It is serene and hidden, and looks onto rice fields. My room was very large and had a soaker tub. I swam each day and the pool was perfect since it is surrounded by tropical gardens, so very calming. The staff is outstanding and free breakfast delivered to your door each morning was icing on the cake. While it feels remote, it is easy to book a Grab (taxi) up...

"The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The Villa provided us with everything we needed. The host stayed back for us to do late check-in and orientated us through the Villa. The breakfast was included during the stay which is very convenient and it offers both local and western style. "This property was unique has it was built entirely from timber and had beautiful carved facade. There were two separate rooms with own outside bathrooms. The bathroom could use small adjustments such as a bigger flat stone in shower area. The pool was amazing and clean. Beautiful large grounds surrounded the jogolo villa. Very traditional type accommodation. It was situated out of Ubud in the Sayan area. Local drivers fare back into Ubud 50000 rupiah. -$5:00 Australian. "
