"The most important thing to me is how clean the room is. That said, the room was (just barely) clean enough. The floor was a bit dirty and the bed sheets were old (but clean). The bathroom was very cramped and, when showering, the water easily flowed into the floor because the shower curtain just barely reached the edge of the shower basin. The A/C was adequate against the Seville heat but at first it wasn’t cooling. After talking to the staff, we found out that four rooms at a time are...

"Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude. My only complaint is that the pool/seating is too small to accommodate all the guests that want to use it.. it felt like battle of the sun beds. Other than that we loved our stay-especially the lobby candy bar and the pain au chocolate in the bakery!"
