"The first night we stayed here, there was a problem with the reservation. They fixed the issue, stored our luggage, prepared an early box breakfast and all was good. On our return from the Galapagos we had a superb room and enjoyed a delicious dinner with other guests."

"Had free airport transfer which was nice after a long flight. The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on it. He waited for us even though our plane was a little late landing. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. The free breakfast was nice. The only negatives were there’s no food available after 10 pm and there’s no air conditioning but apparently that’s normal in Quito. "
