"I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers. "

"Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend...

"Staff is attentive. Rooms clean. Hotel is still under construction. Automatic light systems a bit annoying in the bathroom for 3:00 am use. Area is rural, quiet but some jet noise landing at airport. Overall, recommended for budget accommodations. "

"Absolutely amazing stay. Unlike any hotel I have visited before with a fascinating back story. We loved wandering the grounds and exploring the hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and they offered many activities. We did the cave tour (a must!), the beer and chocolate tasting, the long trail walk, a horseback ride, and a night hike. The food was phenomenal, and they catered to our vegetarian diet. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. More people need to be visiting this...

"Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock. The staff are really friendly, from being responsive on whatsapp to greeting you and showing me around the property, they made me feel really welcomed!
