"On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor. It transpired there was some refurbishment work nearby which was too noisy for us. I discussed with reception and they quickly responded by allocating us a different room on floor five with a stunning view . They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you.
