"We've stayed at this property before. We stayed in an accessible room and it was the same as the last time. It also had the same issue...the heater. It take at least 2 hours for the heat to go from 66 degrees to 72 degrees. And yes, I had someone come and take a look again. Also, I informed the front desk at check out and the lady in my had also mentioned she had the same issue for the heating. Something to think about Hampton Inn."
