"We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. "Loved the unique touches Bob W Arte had, like the tote bag and polaroid camera to take pics of your stay. Also found the washing machine and two detergent pods provided extremely convenient and useful (we did laundry twice!). They had a great assortment of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, and salt & pepper for cooking. "Excellent staff, excellent location, only around 7-10 minutes walk to the palace, surrounded by shopping! Evening turndown service everyday and polite courteous staff throughout the hotel- from front desk to restaurant. Great spread for breakfast buffet. My only feedback would be to change the breakfast items every couple of days or so. Since we stayed 11 days, it got repetitive but regardless, quality of food was great! "
