The check in staff had no smile on her face when we checked in, I was told my room was not ready at 5 pm, I told her I need 2 rooms to be next to each other but she could not find any for me. I was using one credit card to pay for both rooms and was told I was not allowed to although the credit card holder was present.

The entire week I was there for my daughters wedding and Christmas I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the people upstairs. I asked multiple times literally every night I was there to be moved to a different room but was told there was nothing available and at no time did they go up and talk to the people upstairs to tell them to be quiet. It wasn't until my last night there that they said I could move rooms but I was only able to move right then when they called me and unfortunately I wasn't at the hotel at that time so I wasn't able to move. They staff was kind each time I talked to them but I do feel like management should have done something about the noise every night I was there.

They used old used HVAC units in the rooms that protrude from the wall and sound like a car engine is turning on next to your bed. That alone will keep me from ever staying here again. Impossible to have a decent nights sleep with that right next to you. I can’t believe a new hotel would use old run down units. Feels like you’re in a cheap motel, even though everything else is new.

The property was beautiful and we had a great stay. Friendly helpful staff. Property was clean and in great condition. Great amenities. Safe and quiet. The only complaint was the pillows on the bed. They were horribly uncomfortable.

Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pillow was too flat and the heater unit made noises during the night when it was turned off. There was a low hum possibly from other room units. Not sure where the noise came from. In the future, I’ll bring my pillow and ear plugs.
