Having issues with the property. Will contact better business bureau. Someone named Georgio said he was the manager, then he said he wasn't. When I called the next day, he lied to me about having cancelled my reservations -- I found out they did not cancel when I got a phone call on the date of rez asking what time I was checking in. They ended up charging me. What a loser hotel.

The office staff were amazing. He helped us with our late check in and comped us the most delicious cinnamon rolls from the neighboring restaurant. The reasonable price, walkable shops, restaurants, vicinity to Moro Rock and the wonderful staff made it easy to overlook the quirks that come with it being an old facility. Think motel 6 with an amazing view, amazing cinnamon rolls and the friendliest inn-keeper you’ve ever met. Note - our room did not have HVAC but they provided two electric heaters that kept us cozy all night.

Always a great stay. The best location right by the water. Tiny rooms but I love this place. Walls are thin. This visit the room next door has the music going. This place is usually super quiet. Your results may very. Free cinnamon rolls in the morning at the best breakfast spot next door. All in all, this place can't be beat for the price and views.

The location was great and so was the price. However, the room was very small, the ceiling fan did not work, the bathroom sink would not drain right, the shower door would not latch without slamming, the coffee maker did not work. In addition, one of the lights over the bed blinked. When we reported these problems, we were told that had we reported the the previous evening, they would have given us another room. Since we only found out about most of these early the next morning, we could not since the office was closed until 9 AM.

Good value for the price
Easy, quick check-in. Friendly service. Offered card for 2 free cinnamon rolls from the restaurant next door for breakfast, which we got and were tasty. Room was clean, bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were nice. We left the window cracked open and the fan on. In early November it was cold and perfect. There was a window fan and a space heater in the closet we could have used if needed, but we didn’t need them.
