"Left the valleys triple digit weather to enjoy the 70’s temperatures at Pismo. Checked in at lobby and we were met with friendly, courteous staff member’s. "The registration person quickly assessed and implemented our need for a different room (our first was on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator) to make our stay relaxed instead of effortful. While it wasn't perfect for my wife, who uses a cane, I enjoyed a walking tour of the property and plantings. The room was large, clean, and definitely unique. And our dinner at the steakhouse was superb and the server Jamie's attitude and efforts made it even better. "
