"The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. "Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do. "

"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla.
