Aloft San Juan
Room was not ready til 545pm. Checkin time is 4pm. Requested a room with bathtub and the faucet wasn't working so I had to use the shower to fill the tub. Linens were also thin and worn out. Was there for a conference and paid $517 per night. Definitely not worth it.

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Ocean view was stunning. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day. CESAR at concierge went above and beyond. Playita was great for the family. Only issue was the elevators

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
Spacious, clean room. Great service from front desk. Breakfast had good food. Location great for beaches and restaurants

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
The check in process is so slow. The line to check in was long and they do nothing ahead of time to speed things up. Check in is at 4:00. Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. We asked for late check out to extend us the same courtesy but they said no, the card says check out is at 12 but they say ...
