"Really friendly and helpful staff! Great location and a quick walk to beach, quick uber to Old San Juan, proximity to Condado and Santurce areas. Room was spacious. Pool is small but effective after a day at the beach. Every staff interaction was pleasant or above and beyond. I didn't catch the name of either woman at the front desk but both were fantastic! "

"Cozy hotel, smaller than we thought it would be honestly but the service was exceptional, especially from Ricardo. After we did check out we had a whole extra day to keep exploring the city before our flight but we didn’t have a place to leave our suitcase, so we shared our situation with the front desk and Ricardo assured us we could leave our suitcase with them, that he would look over it until we come back at night to pick it up. "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "

"We had one of the rooms for 4 people. Pull out couch in one room for the kids and separate bedroom with bed for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Only complaint that there was not easily accessible places to plug in chargers and it took a bit of time for water to get hot. Otherwise hotel was lovely and and wish we stayed longer!"
