"Amazing Hotel staff ,location was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We walked everywhere we went. No elevator was a pain but manageable and very small rooms and bathrooms. Our door handle on the room was not secure and the bolts kept coming out of the door. Didn’t feel like our room was secure. "

"Great hotel and stay. Things are kinda pricey in hotel and around. Cabana was $250 which is a lot for water & fruit. Maybe they could charge half price if not rented and u get half a day. Helps both sides. Not enough seating at the pool but it worked out. Hotel tried to maximize as best they can. Ocean front view was worth it. Staff super friendly. Will go again. "
