"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. "Overall the place is nice looking, secure and clean. I was unsure about the reservation because I never got a confirmation from the hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable, my room was under a staircase and I could hear people going up and down the stairs. What I like of this hotel is that is very secure, you can only access to the hotel with a code. The location is very conveniente, it’s in the middle of old San Juan, restaurants and attractions were at walking distance. "
