We booked our room last minute, and the owners were so accommodating and quick to respond. The building was beautiful and clean and very open. Loved everything anout this! The place is a gem, right at the Plaza De Colon. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works great. There is a common area that allows you to make coffee and tea and microwave. It is close to some great bars and restaurants.

We loved that everything was near by and parking was affordable and easy. It was clean and we had great communication with the host. A must try around the corner is Sofia's Italian Steakhouse, their food was delicious. The only thing was that the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Perfect place to stay in old San Juan, they were very accommodating to hold our luggage until check in time, the only downfall of the property is you have to haul your luggage up the stairs.
