"Easy to drive to, large rooms, good bathrooms, good breakfast, quiet even on road side rooms. I would stay again. The only reason I've given 4 not 5 is that the temperature control in my room didnt work, which was ok in winter on a not-too-cold day, but I think could be an issue in summer"

"I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was awesome. Right by the hotel, and your little patio sits above the central plaza. The place had everything I needed, like laundry, dishes, big fridge, etc. The bedoom is a few stairs below the main living area and I slept great. It was away from any noise. "Great location, nice lobby and nice room overlooking the Plaza Major. The two complaints I have concern the hair dryer in the bathroom, which stoped working every 30 seconds or so (so it took me over 30 minutes to dry my hair) and no extra blanked or duvet for the bed (we were there in January and it was cold)."

"Stopped for one night en route to the Algarve. Very modern and clean hotel at a reasonable price. Our room (on 5th floor) was superb. Much appreciated the underground parking. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast excellent with wide choice and good value. Although out of town, easy to drive in to Caceres for an evening out. Only negative was lack of evening dining facilities. One expensive restaurant that doesn’t open until 8.30pm or bar snacks. But otherwise, extremely good."

"Listen, I am not a hater. I never leave negative reviews. It’s just that this place SUCKS. The furniture was awful when it was new, in the 70’s. The mattress sits on pallets. If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them. But hey, there’s air conditioning, and if your only goal is to stumble in (preferably drunk) and sleep, for as cheap as possible, you’ll happily get what you paid for. "
