The hotel wasnt bad for the price. Check in was easy. But the queen bed only came with 2 flat pillows and a thin sheet/blanket. Its be better if there were 2 more pillows for eaxh guest and a thicker blanket up top. Also the shower did not drain very well nor was there anywhere to place your toiletries while in there. Other than that it worked for the 1 night stay out of town.

The shower drain wouldn't drain. The bathroom smelled like urine. We had to go to walmart to buy spray bleach and toilet cleaners. The bottom of toilet had old urine around it and on the wall. Gross!!

No towel bars, no toilet paper holder, no iron but an iron board. Clerk said there is a coffee maker in the room, but no. Remodeled, but hasty craftsmanship. The sink was a troth with no counter space. Could have been better thought out. I was too busy to reach out to the clerk for said coffee maker or iron, but I shouldn’t have to. The check out clerk was nice and probably would have answered these questions if I had the time. The hood is a little hard to figure out. It’s kind of trying but also sketchy.

Management was okay. Room was clean. Bathroom door won’t fully open, due to poorly installed. Door hits toilet. Makes it very difficult to get in and move around. Door to room doesn’t seal properly, light from outside is visible. Very noisy outside with little consideration for those trying to rest.

I guess its my fault for mot doing more research on the hotel. The staff was unfriendly. We reserved a king size bed room, we got thereand there was 2 standard pillows "if those are consider pillows" i called front desk to request 1 extra pillow, i was told nothing available. The bed cover didnt smelled cleaned, toilet was getting clogged, we had to flush 2, 3 times, finally the sink was clogged and it smelled. We were very tired wekust didnt calles them again, plus she wasn't friendly.
