"Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly."

"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

"**Review for Caruso** I recently stayed at Caruso and had an excellent experience. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Knowing that we had an early flight, they thoughtfully provided us with a bagged breakfast to take along, which was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, Caruso exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and superb service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!"
