"Son and I had an absolutely lovely stay for 1 week at this newly remodeled Inn & Suites. The staff on site were very helpful and quick to respond for anything we needed. Beds in particular were super comfortable, quiet location, felt safe the entire stay. Cost of the stay was quite reasonable. Parking easy right outside our door. Closely located to cozy coffee shops, eateries, and shopping. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"When I arrived they couldn' see my confirmation number. I had to wait for a bit until the manager suggested for the front desk person to just check me in a room, She stated she will fix it. I've never had this sort of problem while trying to check in. I'm not who's fault that was but its not a good feeling when everything is paid for."

"We had a great stay at The Garland. Super convenient if you plan to go to Universal Studios. The hotel shuttle was always on-time with friendly staff. The pool, bar and food were all great. We would definitely stay here again. "
