Due to the Border 2 fire our family had to evacuate, and Heather was absolutely amazing! From our last minute booking and her attentiveness to help our family get 2 rooms next to each other. The staff was all great and kind. We have officially said this is our new place for our family Staycations. The breakfast was delicious! I look forward to staying here again in the future and for a longer time :)

Parking lot is very constricted and shared with nearby Holiday Inn express and cars have to negotiate acute turns within the garage. There is no elevator from parking lot to Hotel lobby and you’ll have to come out to the street and walk for a distance to enter the hotel lobby. But the staff are excellent and very friendly.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The hotel’s attention to detail was evident everywhere—from the fresh linens to the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions but still offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I also appreciated the on-site dining options; the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Good location. Couldn't park my truck in the cramped garage, and it was a $35 per day charge regardless. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed properly. Both mattresses worn out and had no support. Great property and good breakfast , location is a plus , staff is very friendly and helpful ! My son wasn’t well and they helped us a lot with housekeeping ! Laundry for a family is also a good option. Close to balboa park , downtown and pier and easy access to highway . Parking is available with a charge .

We recently visited and stayed for the weekend with one child, and we have a great experience. The location is great, very clean facilities, including the hotel room itself. We had a great view of the city. And an amazing location. I highly recommend staying here. We also opted for the parking, which was a pretty decent price for the area. The front desk was friendly. And there was also complementary continental breakfast. My only advice is to get there early as some people take advantage and fill their plates, and don’t leave enough for other guests. Overall, recommend, especially for the price.

Went with children. The room was fantastic. The parking was tight, the most insane parking garage i have been in. Breakfast was good, small dining area. Check in was very smooth and check out was even easier.
