The only downside is that the housekeeping staff seems to think it's acceptable to knock on the door and enter the room two hours before the checkout time. My checkout isn't until 11, so why do they feel the need to do this? If I can't check in two hours early without a fee, why is it okay to essentially push us out two hours before checkout? I find that unreasonable.

Staff at front desk generally unhelpful and does the bare minimum. Breakfast a bit crowded in the morning, but overall that staff handled the crowds well — it felt like a budget cruise boat buffet, but again, the dining staff were patient and did a noble job of clearing dirty plates and replenishing food trays. Room was dark, as we were situated in the back near the railroad tracks, which abut the back of the hotel. Overall area is decent, as it’s on the outskirts of Little Italy neighborhood, but the immediate area in front of and to the side of hotel are not the most picturesque, as it’s nestled between gas station / car wash, a self-storage facility, and a Boeing industrial-type office bldg.

Excelente hotel!!. La habitacion con una hermosa vista al mar, solo un pequeno detalle no hay parqueos en frente de la calle del hotel, hay que buscar parqueos cerca por esa area y ellos tienen el servicio de valet parking a una presio de $ 55 la noche. Pero por todo lo demas el hotel estuvo perfecto.

For being right next to airport, did not hear planes barely at all. Did not like pillows though, was like sleeping on a flat bread. Staff was very friendly and cleaning services were good. Downside is jacuzzi was broken the whole time and coin operated laundry. Bed was comfortable but the blanket texture was like sleeping in tree bark. The outdoor area was very fun with the little games available.

Property does not accomidate for people with allergies to pet dander all the rooms are pet friendly(not everyone is ok with pets). They force you to use Valet parking and they end up parking your vehicles in an alley. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Booked for 2 queens suite at 277. This is the worst experience at Hilton ever in my life. Please be aware of low quality of service in general especially staffs incompetency of handling customer services. I have asked for alternate room upgrade opt when arrived, Melinda who helped us checked in was not even aware of room amenities nor offering better quality of service other than being rude with attitude. Room was filty with hairs all over in bathtub and linens. Parking is obviously extra unnecessarily. We ended up leaving the area early becuz we just really hated the room much and wasn't offered any other options even after talking to manager in daytime. Never again here.

Love the idea of a suite - kitchen is always useful. The beds and pillows including the sofa bed were below average. The rooms weren’t the cleanest and they do housekeeping every second day. However, they do not provide you enough amenities for 2 days. They could also provide better toilet paper - it was frankly worse than what you get in public washrooms.
