Beautiful property in an amazingly beautiful place. Airport noise is present but not bad. However they don't do a great job on maintenance. Our room's smoke detector battery got to the end of its life at 4am, and started beeping nonstop. Shame on their maintenance department they don't replace these on a regular schedule to avoid this.

Room much smaller and run down than expected. Staff told me that I was able to cancel our third night without any penalty after our first night stay. But after checking out and paying only for two nights and returning home, they ended up still charging us for our third night. So frustrating!

The refrigerator did not work Huge gap under patio door. Let a cold breeze in. Lamp by couch had no electrical outlet. So no light. Carpet and couch seemed grimy I found a needle cap and a dirty bandage under the couch Hot water took forever to reach the room. Waste of a lot of good water. We have stayed there before and had a great experience. But stay away from room 205- building C Also, the $25 per night parking fee is ridiculous . No room service and no free HBO even though that’s what is said while you are on hold. Overall, I was very disappointed in this property.

It is showing its age in some places but overall the property is well maintained. The room was very comfortable and the balcony view was very relaxing. Beautiful grounds and the pathway along the marina was lovely in the morning and evening. The area is very quiet and very safe. We will stay again.

We loved our stay, beautiful view and location was perfect. Spacious rooms. The only negatives were our phone would ring multiple times a day with no one there. Also the heat kept turning up and down on its own.turned clear up to 78 at one point . Other then that we loved it and would go back

I loved this property but I would suggest staff do a better job at informing customers about amenities. I found out the last day about the coffee in lobby in the morning. We discovered, by chance, there were 2 pools and hot tubs. It would also be nice to know what eating places were around and their specialty.
