"Fantastic hotel in the old town. Great location that is walking distance to museums, theatres, christmas markets, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Design and decoration of the room and hotel was very nice. It was a bit hectic finding a spot to pull over to check in and take in our bags as this is a very busy area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is in a public garage up the street but the staff hepled guide us. Hotel gives a decent...

"Great location. Very clean. I super love it. The only issue we had was checking in after hours. We had letters at the lobby stating that we had emails regarding a pin to access our room keys but we never received any so we have to walk to the sister hotel to get our room keys. We had our luggages at that time and it was raining and a little late in the evening already. So hopefully next time the hotel will make sure we get their emails especially when people are checking in after office hours....
