Excellent alternative for a one-night stay near the airport. The rooms are OK, although the bathroom is small and the doors are flapping and don't fully close. The included breakfast is superb, exceeding my expectations.

The place was ok but noise! The breakfast is amazing the restaurant food is ok but our last meal with it wasnt the best (meat was very hard) Also i want to say Juliana receptionist was incredible! For room service we order 3 Omelettes. 2 of them had egg shells. There was not a single bottle of water in the room. You could see the dirt in the elevators ceiling lights. No shampoo in our room. The items in the minibar were warm and evidently old. Not worthy. Do not stay here.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. My niece arrived early and was able to check into her room with no issues. My parents arrived at 11:30pm and encountered a huge line. When it was finally their turn and they were given a key, they were given the key to an occupied room. Besides the embarrassment of walking into another guest, they had to come back downstairs, wait again and hope they were given a key to an empty room. I arrived at 1am and proceed into walking into not one, not two but FOUR occupied rooms. When I was finally granted the right of an empty room (by the way not the room I booked, but at this point I just want a bed) there wasn’t even a water bottle in the room, as if it wasn’t quite ready to receive guests.. And as you can imagine, if I walked into 4 different guests someone arriving later was going to walk into me, that happened around 3:00am. The hotel is new, the facilities are fine, bfast was good. But OMG figure out your booking system, especially for guests that fully paid in advance. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Um hotel com ótima estrutura próximo ao aeroporto, o que deixou a desejar foi a recepção no check in durante a madrugada do dia 16/09, pois, como fiz a reserva com pouca antecedência por algum motivo não constava no sistema e o rapaz da recepção simplesmente disse que não era lá a minha reserva, sem sequer antes solicitar o comprovante para conferir, tendo eu que pedir para que olhasse. Creio que houve desdém, acho que erroneamente pensou que não tivesse condições de estar ali, uma pena esse tipo de situação, uma falha que desmonta a possível boa experiência do hóspede, o hotel deveria rever a postura de certos colaboradores.
