Hotel was remodeled from Country Inn & Suites and still saw gapes in walls, lights, pool area, and other areas throughout the hotel. Light didn't work in room when you entered, shower faucet was stripped and rotated around to not hold temperature. When opened blinds on window, original all was shown with mold and missing caulking.

Deadbolt would not engage Fire alarm in bathroom had black electrical tape covering the light. Hot tube closed even through I called before I booked to verify it was open and working. Soap holders in tub wobbly Tub listed as accessible but the tiny 4 foot tub did not have any grab bars.

The front staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The room was dirty—carpet stains, around the toilet was gross, dirty walls. My kids commented how gross the pool was.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. The morning breakfast was very organized and well kept. Our room was very nice well kept and spacious . Only improvement I would recommend would be to enlarge and improve your fitness center.

The lady that checked me in needs a BIG raise. She is very professional, kind, and helpful. Seriously, she would make a great trainer for all of your employees because you call tell she loves her job, which means that she also loves her company. What more could you want. Treat her right and you'll have an employee who will be with you for as looking as she can work.
