"Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great."
"Very convenient for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright sites in Oak Park. Train station less than a block away. Located in the Pleasant historic neighborhood in a classic building, we enjoyed the classic lobby vibe. Room was basic but clean with a nice kitchenette. We loved the plentiful free parking and the on-site bistro with outdoor seating"
"Fantastic place to stay, barista-style coffee available at the lobby was a big hit. The layout of the room lends itself to being able to put away suitcases in between furniture, so if you're travelling with 2 large suticases, you're not tripping over them. Staff was friendly and curteous. Unlike some places, they post the times when breakfast is available, and my, oh my, breakfast items were great, aside from the usual cereal and waffle maker, there was a different egg, protein and potato/starch option cooked on premises. "
"Clean and spacious room. Shower was fantastic. Maybe not newly renovated, but clearly well kept facilities. Parking was convenient and location is close to - but not right next to - several major highways. Friendly and efficient staff.
Breakfast was pretty minimal. The walls aren’t thin, but you can hear everything in the hallway through the door, including other doors shutting and people walking past. Probably not the most comfortable for a light sleeper.
More of a driving area than a walking area. On the plus side, tons of restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc just a short drive away. DoorDash also delivers to this location. Overall a great stay. "
"Crackhead chilling on the property. Dirty bathroom, tv didn’t work, painting below the window which was concerning bc who puts a painting below the window lol only good thing was black out curtains "
