"The room was fine, but the staff was exceptional. We didn’t have enough towels so we called the front desk and minutes later they brought some up. The tv remote wasn’t working so we called down again, and before we could turn around they were up to fix it. The best of all was after we had checked out and left, my son realized he lost his wallet. We called to hotel, and the lady at the desk ran to the room and found it. She called us back minutes later. "Me and my kid stayed here for 4 nights, we had the room with the loft and kitchen. It was great that we were able to make breakfast in the room and dinner. It was nice having more space to relax in. I also did some reading on the deck in the sun. The pool area was great and kept clean. We plan on going back next summer. "
