"Rooms are clean and have a modern look, but the hotel was under construction and it was a bit noisy. However, the biggest take away from my stay was that the hotel is a 4 star and truth be told, at best they are a good 3 star. The hotel lacked many amenities and I didn’t get the assistance that a 4 star hotel offers. For example, I had no help with my bags at any point. I would have appreciated that so much as I was traveling with children. Again, rooms were nice but the hotel overall was a bit...

"This hotel is our favorite when in Madrid. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish that they are mindful of the towels that they provide - they are worn out and frayed. Overall, this hotel is worth staying when in Madrid."
