"Les Galapons was so much more than we expected. In the middle of the countryside. If you want complete silence, a reset on life in the city, this is the place to go. "Advertising the hotel as pet-friendly and sneaking in a 15,90 EUR extra fee per night afterwards is outrageous. Total nightly fee of EUR 90 EUR for a quick driving pit stop is very poor value compared to other road hotels in France and Italy within a day's drive, which were both cheaper and much nicer (room, beds, bathrooms, surrounding areas...) The area was mediocre, the hotel is in a 'food/restaurant desert', the doors could only be closed by slamming them which meant overnight each time...

"Nice clean property which offered free parking. Near a large supermarket. The restaurant was closed at night so we ordered food to be delivered and sat in the lounge area which was great. The room had shutters which made the room dark when we were ready to sleeps. Will stay here again!"
