"This is a great base for a few days. Good restaurants around, small private beach, pool is wonderful, ocean view rooms are nice to relax. The front desk and coffee shop staff could definitely improve customer service. We had someone send us flowers in a bottle of champagne… The flowers were there for over 24 hours before they contacted us. We pick them up, and half an hour later our door went and they realize the bottle of champagne went with it. We felt terrible as we were delayed and thanking...

"This was my third time staying at the Hilton Flamingo in Simpson’s Bay. We absolutely love this resort. Everything anyone would need is practically on site. The staff are amazing. Special shout out to Kim and Kenica. I always received a “ Good Morning “ or a greeting from every staff member. All staff doing an amazing job in their respective roles. Great work. We will be returning for a 4th time. Look forward to seeing many familiar faces. "

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"We stayed there for 10 days we LOVED it! Safe place. I wish they would clean the rooms more often and have a broom in the room! Also it would be great if they offered to stock your fridge (for payment of course) Only con was that darn bar across the street the noise was unreal"

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...
