"I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very nice hotel. The rooms are in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself felt very high end to me. The staff were kind and very helpful. For those that don’t speak French, like myself, they were able to help me in English. Greatly appreciated. I will stay here again next time I find myself in Lille. "

"Stayed here again 2 times in one week as part of a longer trip, always good friendly staff, clean and tidy bar area although rooms still too hot. They could do with small Fans for the room at least or better ventilation, can’t really have window blinds open much or people can see in. And this doesn’t really cool the room down enough anyway. Nice area outside by the pizza bar plenty of seats and lovely bee hive in the corner which was a nice touch. We always love staying here and will be back again soon. "

"Large, pleasant room with coffee maker and electric kettle. Very nice and very clean bathroom. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and went there almost every night. The view was fantastic and the staff was very nice. "

"I booked this last minute after a problem with another hotel and it was a great choice. The only bad thing was there is not 24 hour staff but how often do you need that? The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette "

"Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!"
