Had a weird incident with a lady at breakfast who insisted that my wife wasn't allowed to take a coffee up to our room until she had poured it into a different cup, which was almost identical to the original cup, but that wasn't terrible, just weird. Only problem was that the room was *far* too hot, and apparently the air-con couldn't cool, only heat. If we had been on a higher floor we could have left the window open, but we were on the 1st floor,...

"Pros: 1 The Breakfast:good variety of food 2. Close to Metro 3. Excellent range of Restaurants in the area. 4. Cleaning and upkeep of my room. Cons: 1. Disappointing welcome: I welcomed just before 10am after a long flight from Australia. The receptionist said I could not have breakfast as they have just closed. Keep in mind, I had paid for the previous night so that I could access my room. She was oblivious to this, did not smile and I felt quite unwelcome. I think a sense of hospitality is...
